Case Study: How Infinite IT Helps Mattina Mechanical Limited

As Sabrina Golini, Senior Human Resources Generalist at MML, mentions, "I get my hands into very little because they're heavily involved in our operations and they are like a department within the company. Looking for Experts

Golini shares that MML was looking for an IT company that was going to take on more, that was going to take off some of the responsibilities from what they were doing internally. 

"We wanted people that knew what they were doing because internally we didn't have IT experts and that's what we were looking for. We were looking for experts. And so, when we onboarded Infinite, it was wonderful because their team was just that – their experts."

The major things that MML were looking for in a IT Support Partner were offloading some of the responsibility of caring for their equipment. Specifically, taking care of the software, maintenance, as well as the renewals and more.

Next was the communication flow between the MML office staff and the technicians. Golini shares that Infinite IT were able to provide that service as well as additional items that come as part of Infinite IT's iCare package.

Infinite IT onboarded with MML through COVID at a time where everyone was working remotely. "They have helped us with a smooth transition of remote working. And not even just at, you know, over a few years, but at the drop of a dime," says Golini.

Golini shares, "They are literally like an internal department at Mattina that just works seamlessly with the rest of the company."
